Progressive instrumental trio Big Space blends modern jazz and alternative rock, with a focus on live improvisation. Their debut album In Relation To was awarded ECMA Jazz Album of the Year for best jazz album in Atlantic Canada.

Released on June 5, 2026, their follow-up album The Pendulum Effect expands on the sound of the debut, offering the band's most high-energy material to date as well as their most lyrical, ballad-oriented pieces.
